Hi! I’m Booker and I’m new here! They say I’m a 10-week old Border Collie mix, but my foster mom calls me a fuzzy fluff ball. Mom says I’m also sometimes a land shark, because I’m still learning to bite toys and not hands or toes.

I love being outside in the grass, following my four-legged friends around or sitting quietly watching all the birds and squirrels. I’ve met both big and little dogs and I love them all! I know how to sit (especially with treats), and I’m working on learning “down” and “shake”. I’m very attentive and love to learn. I’m doing pretty well with house training, but I still have some accidents, especially after playing for a while inside. (Oops!)

I love sleeping in my crate, and I settle right down and fall asleep pretty quickly, usually sleeping through the night without needing to go outside. I also love to nap, and take several naps throughout the day in my crate. Yay me!

Car rides are so much fun! I’ve gotten to meet lots of people on trips with my foster mom to hardware stores, and I love getting pets from everyone.

Because I’m still learning to control my sharp puppy teeth and puppy nails, I’d probably do better in a house with older children. I’ll be available mid-May, along with my littermates Sansa, Alivia, and Bronx!
