My name is Bronx, and I am a 10 week old Border Collie mix and I full of personality and have so much love to give! If am not cuddling up with my foster mom soaking up all the love and affection from her, you can usually catch me playing with my foster brothers and sisters ranging in size from a Labrador Retriever to a dachshund. I have also learned to respect my foster moms kitties in the household. I still have very sharp teeth and am learning not to play bite, so a home with older children is ideal for me. I love playing with the leaves in the grass and enjoying being outside in the sunshine. I also like playing fetch and still currently learning how to bring the toy back to my foster mom. I LOVE my Kong toys, Licky mats, snuffle mats, and my awesome Super Chewer toys that mom buys me from Bark Box. I can sit on command, and am currently working on learning shake, other paw, down, and stay. One day at a time is what I am told! I am 100% crate trained, leash trained, and I almost have potty training down. Sometimes, I get sidetracked when I am playing with the dogs inside, and I forget to alert when I have to go potty. Car rides are my FAVORITE! My foster mom works at a veterinarian clinic, and I go with her every day to work, which means I get to put my head out the window (safely) and let my ears flap in the wind. Bystanders think I am pretty cute, and I can always make them smile when we are driving by people. While I am at work with mom, I get to meet a lot of new people each week who all play with me and adore me! She even takes me to Lowes on the weekends where people love to say hello, and I get so excited! My foster mom says it's also important to behave right when we are at the vet, so she has already taught me it's not a scary place to be! She works with me on safe restraints for exams and vaccines, nail trims, and even checking my ears so when I grow up the Dr can do so without me being too worried they are going to hurt me. Bronx is being fostered in the St. Robert, MO area.
