Eager to please and loving, this border collie is looking for a person to be by his side.  In return, he has many kisses to give and will happily and quickly learn new things.  Toby is happy to go for a walk, play with toys or hang out with people or other dogs. 

The shelter vet estimated him at three years,  but his foster mom thinks he may be a little younger.  Toby was brought into the shelter after being found abandoned with other dogs. In the week he has been in foster care he has charmed everyone he has met ( even non-dog people!) 

Toby is currently 23 pounds but has a few to gain. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, micro chipped, and heartworm negative. 

Toby needs a house without small children.  He eagerly awaits his own family with whom he can learn and love. 

Toby is being fostered in the Kansas City area.
