This is Hattie, the sweetest girl you’ll ever meet! She is so friendly and very eager to please. She loves people and dogs, being outside, playing fetch, going for walks and rides, and relaxing on the couch. Hattie is big on cuddling and very affectionate. If it was up to her, she would be a lap dog, but unfortunately, she’s a bit oversized for that.

This young lady is quite intelligent, too. She knows how to sit, stay, shake, and lay down and has been very eager to learn more. If these qualities aren’t enough to make you want this girl, her house manners will be. Hattie is absolutely phenomenal in the house! She lets you know when she has to go to the bathroom, goes in her kennel willingly, and doesn’t get into anything she’s not supposed to.

She does like to notify you of strangers walking by or unfamiliar people coming into the house. While her bark sounds rather intimidating, she has been the sweetest girl to everyone she has met so far in her foster home. In fact, when she gets a little too excited greeting people, she shows it by jumping. However, she is a great listener and responds immediately when told to get down.

This girl is strong and likes to set the pace on walks if you let her, but she is getting better each day with training. Hattie is such a sweet girl with so much love to give to her forever family!
