Mia is a young BC/GSD mix. She is one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet. She is the definition of a velcro dog and wants to be with you wherever you are! She is very smart and food motivated. She likes to play with toys but isn’t motivated to work for them. Mia isn’t a dog that gets into everything she stumbles across but she is a puppy and can’t be fully trusted alone. She is kennel trained and house broken. She loves to play with other dogs and has encountered several of various ages and sizes. Mia has also been around cats and has no issues regarding them.

Mia can be nervous and standoffish to new people and dogs at first but warms up quickly (by the end of the day) Her go to defense is to bark and back away which can seem worrisome or even scary to some! She is however harmless.

Mia does not have any serious training requirements but would be best suited in a home that continuously helps her come out of her shell and gain confidence. She would be good in a medium-high activity level family

Mia is being fostered outside the KCMo area.
