Guinness was a stray that found himself running out of time at animal control. Luckily we were able to get him out and get him on his way to a forever home. Guinness is about one year old and a very happy boy. He’s a little underweight at 33 lbs. and should fill out to 35-40. He has a very shiny, beautiful rough coat and was good for his bath and brushing. He rides well in the car and is quiet in his crate-even though he would prefer not to go in! Guinness loves playing with his foster brother and enjoys toys but is still learning about treats. He also likes a good cuddle. He appears to be fairly athletic. He is an energetic boy who would enjoy other dogs to play with but could also be content being a spoiled only child. Guinness will chase a cat who runs, but does not show much interest in cats who hold their ground. Guinness has not been in rescue long. We will update his bio when we know more about him. Guinness needs a fenced yard to keep him safe. He is being fostered in the Springfield, MO area.
