"Fetching" young athletic female seeks committed long-term relationship with a physically active partner. Charlie is a gorgeous 2 year old spayed female who would love to be the "only child". She knows the basic commands and has an amazing recall. She will need a fenced yard. She crates like a dream and sleeps well in her crate, but I suspect she would prefer to sleep with her human(s). She will do anything for cheese and takes her treats with a very soft mouth. Charlie has very strong prey drive but does well when that drive is channeled through sports such as Frisbee, hiking, and swimming. Charlie has competed and done well in the Kansas City Disc Dogs league sessions and I believe she would also be a good dock diving prospect. She is well-conditioned and has a very muscular build, approximately 35lbs. Seriously, the fastest dog on legs! Because of her prey drive and dominant female personality, Charlie will do best in a one-pet home. She adores children but would not be suitable for a home with small children. This girl is an expert snuggler and when in an only-dog environment has unwavering focus for her people. She works hard and loves harder. In the right home, she will be the best dog her owner has ever known. If you've been searching for your "one and only" Charlie just might be your girl! Charlie is being fostered in the KC area.
