Rosie is a 27 pound, 9 month old tri color border collie, looking for a new home because she and her sister have too much energy for their elderly owners. Rosie is sweet, playful and happy go lucky. She chases chickens and birds but gets along well with cats and dogs. She is an active girl and LOVES to run and play. Rosie needs a fenced in yard or willingness to keep her on leash outside because she chases after birds and sometimes likes to chase cars. Rosie is great with kids, likes to play tug-of-war and loves play time. Rosie walks pretty well on a leash but sometimes pulls if she sees a bird. She has spent time inside and was potty pad trained, but is currently living in an outdoor pen with her sister. She is eager to please her people and her current owner says she is easy to train. She is spayed and up to date on her vaccines. She has not yet been started on heart worm prevention but needs to get started. Courtesy Post. Rosie is currently living in the Springfield MO area.
