We appreciate you wanting to volunteer! Our top areas of need are foster homes and help with home visits. We offer training for all volunteer roles. The information submitted on this application will be used for the purpose of evaluating potential foster homes and volunteers. Once we receive your application you will be contacted by a member of MKBCR to discuss any questions. Your application will then be reviewed by our Board of Directors. *We try to use Vets that offer MKBCR a discount. Would you be willing to use one of these vets if they are convenient for you? You can to use your vet , but approval must first be obtained from our Board of Directors. If you would like to us to discuss the possibility of receiving a comparable discount for MKBCR dogs with your vet, let us know.

*Is your home suburban, urban or rural?

*Do you RENT or OWN your home? Please indicate the type of residence (e.g., rent apartment townhouse; own home, condo, trailer, etc.) If renting, do you have the landlord’s permission to get a dog?
