These dogs either have medical issues which require additional care and expense or need a special placement with someone who will appreciate and love them for the unique and wonderful dogs they are.

Our adoption fees only cover spaying and neutering, heartworm testing, initial worming, and inoculations as well as any fees incurred in pulling the dog from a shelter. To be able to accept and rehabilitate dogs with other health issues we rely on the generosity of people who are committed to giving these dogs a new start from what usually has been a lonely, painful, and frightening beginning. This includes dogs that are heart worm positive, have been injured, or have been ill. Please consider a donation to help “the least of them.”

Of course your donations are tax deductible and will be used at veterinary clinics that offer discounts for rescues. We also let you following the progress of the dogs you have helped through our website. Thank you for your generosity!
