Jack is one of our “special needs dogs.” He came to us from Southern Missouri brought by a man who found Jack on his property. Jack either fell out of a truck or was hit by a car. When we met Jack we discovered he is an Aussie rather than a Border collie but is such a super guy we have made him an honory Border collie! He is about two years old, has a perfect disposition and gets along very well with other dogs. We think he would make a really super family member.

We had his leg evaluated by two vets who noted he had several broken bones and that the injury was several weeks old. Amputation was the best option for Jack and he is healing nicely from his surgery. However, His veterinary care including the surgery has amounted to close to $1,000 straining our funds. Any contributions to help with his vetinary bills would really be appreciated.
