Ordering Information
Mo-Kan
Border Collie Rescue uses PayPal because we feel it is
a safe and easy way for you to make an online
payment
and for us to receive
it. You can set up a PayPal account or not--it's
up to you! Either way, ordering will feel similar to a
conventional cart with the added safety of using
the largest online
payment service on earth. PayPal
accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

website. Shopping is simple:
- Select
the item or size and color.
- Click
the "Add to Cart" button
next to that item.
- Click
on "View Cart" to change the
quanity or remove an item.
Once you are ready to check out:
- Click
on "View Cart".
- Verify
your selections.
- Click
on "Secure Checkout" and
complete the checkout process.

If you do not feel comfortable
using an online shopping cart you can email your order
to bcrescue@mokanbcrescue.org DO
NOT include credit card information in the email!! We
will calculate your total and email you back with
the amount.
You can then send us a check or money order.
Your
order will be sent once the check has cleared.
Returns or
Refunds:
We
accept items for return at no additional cost within 30
days from the date of purchase,
in its original condition and with your
packing slip. $2.50 will be deducted on any
returns for shipping. Please do the following:
- Please
contact us prior to returning an item at:
- Indicate the reason for your return
on the back of your
packing slip.
- Repack
your order.
- Enclose the
slip and your address.
- Mail it to
the address we give you after you email us.
